double resonators.....who's actually done it?

I've read about exhaust systems made with two resonators. It sounds like a good idea. I'd like to hear from anyone that has actually done this.

I already have a kamikaze header with the 2.5" collector, but I need to decide on the rest of the system before I get it installed. I'm definitely going 2.5" all the way, but I nned to keep it as quiet as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think the problem would be finding a straight enough area in the exhaust run that you could put two resonators...I know there is room for one, but two may be pushing it??

i wonder what it would sound like if i took out my cat and added two resonators instead. i'm sure i would gain performance on a sc'd setup, but i dont know if it would be too loud ???

Sure, that's how mine is setup right now. I use a magnaflow resonator as test pipe, and the magnaflow catback also comes with another resonator. Works good.

I had an Apex N1 exhaust and added the shortest Magnaflow resonator in between the cat and the resonator that came with N1 catback. It hits the shifter on speed bumps though.... probably wont be an issue if car isnt lowered
